Hello all, I found this income restricted apartment that I am in love with! It’s great in every way and I qualify for section 42.
I was hoping the manager would let me have an apartment with a lease of $950 a month but I don’t know if it’s gonna open. The only available option is an apartment with a lease of $1148 per month which is out of my price range but I know that I qualify for section 42 so..
How much rent does section 42 pay? (or cover I don’t rly know how it works)
