I had been using one real estate agent before going with someone else 2 months in just due to some issues.
The loan officer was recommended by agent 1 and we continued using him.
I got an email from my first agent that she was told from my loan officer that I am now in contract for a home, the town the home is in and the price the home is – all while he can obviously see I am in contract with a different agent.
Is this legal ? I’d love to ruffle feathers but I close in 2 weeks and don’t want to risk my loan.
I will say something after closing. Did he break the law?
