How do you know when you found the right house to put an offer in?
Especially how competitive the market is and being in a VHCOL area, how much did you have to settle?
I don’t expect to buy a perfect house since I’m not rich, but for many of the houses I checked out, I just don’t get the “I love it” feeling. I’m willing to remodel the kitchen and bathroom and other small things and am trying to see the potential in houses vs something that is perfect already.
Am I being too much of a wishful thinker in trying to find that feeling?
