How can I make a competitive offer but still protect for over bidding by too much?
On the Realtor app they display the Collateral Analytics, CoreLogic and Quantarium price data alongside the list price.
Zillow has the zestimate.
Redfin has the redfin estimate.
Should I be offering a certain percentage over these prices? I’ve seen some say 10, 15 or up to 25%
