Small apartment in a multi-family building. Asking 200K There are 2 other nearby units asking about the same and have also been on the market for almost the same amount of time. Anything else that’s similar I’ve seen pop up at a higher price gets scooped up quick.
Things are lining up for me where I can afford this small apartment. It’s less than ideal, but I plan to stay in the area and would rather have a $1100-1400 mortgage than $1400-1800 rent, but I’m suspicious.
