So our house has had 0 showings but 3 almost showings. The explanation the first cancellation gave was they didn’t realize how much PMI would be. They second said they didn’t like the “neighborhood” (for context we live in the best neighborhood in town and our realtor thinks that the viewers saw our neighbors of color and decided it was a bad neighborhood). The third is just a no show/no explanation. What could we be doing wrong? I mean this is a pattern at this point.
