House appraisal came $300k over purchase price.Help.

Hi. My partner and I recently bought a home for 1.1M paying 200k over list price. We were worried that the appraisal would come lower, and we would have to shell out more money or get back to the negotiating table. However, to our surprise, the appraisal came to a whopping $1.4M. We are unsure whether to celebrate, be worried, or to prepare for the situation wherein the seller kills the deal. Any thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
