This is not the first location of choice, but it’s not far away.
This is not a school district, but I don’t have a need for that in the next few years.
The seller’s pricing the home 8-10% lower than the estimates, and there have been NO other bidders, even though the market in this location has been crazy. Realtor thinks there’s nothing wrong with it, except that the Buyer Agent Fee is listed as less than 1.5% and thinks that may be a reason noone wants to sell that house. Also, the carpets may need to be replaced. House is from 2016 and looks decent. The home is about 30 mins from a beach. Decent weather throughout the year. WFH.
Am I missing something? Is it worth buying it for about $30000 less than the list price, with the idea to replace carpets and such with the money. Why or why not?
