I’m looking at purchasing a home that was purchased in July last year and it has just come back on the market. Could this be a red flag?
Prior owners have had the home 3-4 years. It sold in 2014, 2018, July 2021 and is now on the market again..
Total living space is 2000 sqft. 4 beds 3 baths.
Does anyone have any thoughts on why this could be the case?
