I have been able to speak to the person in charge of the entire area. He was nice once then called back the next day and was a total jerk. Now every ticket for repair is ignored. No return calls. No emails.
Sent plumber once to try to fix our toilet upstairs. He flooded the bathroom and we never saw him again. That was in November.
I cannot find a phone number to Corporate DR Horton. Closed on new built home on 10/01/2021.
