Hello, I’m looking for some business guidance on how you would price the following scenario. I have a friend that wants to store a 40-foot shipping container on my property because it is safe, enclosed, and close to his business.
He said he’s willing to pay, but the only problem is I have no idea what would be a fair monthly price? if anyone has any experience paying to store a shipping container, any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
