Real estate has always been a desire of mine but I’ve had a lot going on that stopped me from making the plunge. My current business is self-operating now so I decided to look around and start reaching out into the RE field. I applied for a buyer’s agent job at KW the other day and just got scheduled for a phone interview this Monday.
I was wondering what I should expect from the interview, and if there was anything I should ask from them as well. It is a completely new field for me but I am aware of the process of becoming an agent and how choosing a broker is a pretty big deal. I don’t have experience or my licensing yet so should I still question commission and splits? Would a buyer’s agent position be a better place to start in than just pursuing the license and going for a transactional broker position?
Thanks!
