We’re selling our house in NJ. The new buyers hired the same septic company to do the inspection, as we did 4 years ago. This time they found a gray water tank. It’s illegal to sell a house in NJ with a gray water tank. In our report from 4 years it clearly states No Gray Water Tank on the property. Is the septic company liable? Seems like they knew they fucked up since they been giving us the run around and dodging our phone calls.
