I am 25 year old living in Columbus Ohio.
I am currently working at a fast food joint (Wendys) and bringing in 20k per year.
I am interested in buying a home for passive income after researching online.
I dont have any money to put for downpayment.I have about 800$ saved.
My parents are retired and can borrow against their 401k.How do I bring up the topic of lending me money?
Has anyone else done it here?
