Going with another lender after signing intent to proceed?

We received a loan estimate a couple days ago and signed the intent to proceed. Since, another lender came back and gave us an estimate that beats it and we are thinking of taking that instead. Are we able to do so since we’ve already signed the other lender’s intent to proceed?

We are 25 days from our closing date and the lender that gave us a better estimate has already done the underwriting.
