I want to get a closing gift for my realtor. She is new. I took a chance on her, and she works under some very well known veterans. This will be the first house she has “bought” (obviously I’m buying, but she worked hard on my offers). It’s my first house, and hers too. Been stumped for what to get her as a little career milestone gift… any ideas?
