Im going to vent.
I had 5 offers after 2 days on the market and an open house. I narrowed it down to 2 offers and chose one based on his financing and time frame of closing (quick close).
We had inspection yesterday and he asked for lots of small things to be fixed.
Long story short he also switched financing today from conventional to FHA.
We did not want to do an FHA loan…
Anyway he ended up backing out.
Now we are back to square one.
Here’s to hoping the next buyer doesn’t flake.
