My wife and I are going to look at a house tomorrow and just received the sellers disclosure. This is the second house we have been interested in that seems to have had significant foundation repairs done. It was done by a reputable company in town and has a transferable lifetime warranty. Idk much about foundations but it says it had about 39ft of cracks repaired and 10 Tiebacks installed. Is this an automatic red flag we should avoid or is it something that should be looked at as a good thing it was taken care of and has a lifetime warranty?
