There’s a house I want to talk to my real estate agent about but she’s out of town. It’s officially listed as just “residential” and only came up on my search for SFH, however, it used to be a duplex.
It has an upstairs unit and used to have separate entrances but the other entrance has been removed. Any ideas? I’m trying to put together a list of houses for her to schedule for me. Income generating properties aren’t allowed. It would be nice to have the extra space so my parents can eventually live with me when they need additional care in old age but I don’t know if a converted duplex-to-SFH still forever counts as a duplex legally.
Any help would be appreciated!
