This guy is 2 months behind in paying his mortgage. He got the property inherited by his mom who passed away and currently owes 10k in the mortgage. He lost his job, has debt, and is under stress. The property is still under his mom name and he’s having trouble changing the title to his name.
I’m thinking on doing “sub-to” and pay him 20k cash after closing.
The property is worth around 120K
What do you think? I’ll be getting the property for 35K or so…
