Floor Plan vs. Total Square Footage of Rooms Combined

I am thinking about putting in an offer on a house and am looking at the floor plan. The main floor measurements of all of the rooms listed combine to about 1050 square feet – Living Room, Kitchen, Office, Dining, Foyer. The outdoor deck and porch are listed separately, and I’m not sure if they’re part of the calculation.

The listed Finished Floor Area is about 1400 Square Feet.

Can someone help me understand how they got to 1400 square feet?
