We have put in multiple offers on a townhouse in the OC that had been on market for a little over 80 days. During this time the price has dropped to 520k. 2/1, less than 900 Sq ft. Now that our offer is accepted, my husband is changing his mind. He believes there will be a correction and we should wait till 2022. Do we buy now, or wait it out? It’s hard to find anything decent in OC 😩. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
