Personally I’m not seeing how this makes sense as an investment. $1.33M purchase price. $5232 monthly cost, trying to rent it out for $7300/mo.
Is there really a big market for rentals like this in Vegas? And hasn’t the market turned pretty dramatically in metros like Vegas compared to many other cities since the springtime?
