Hello I am 19 and currently in college majoring in business. I currently am wanting to purchase a 4 plex and live in one of the units for a year and rent our the other units. I have enough for a down payment plus over 6 month of reserves. I do not have a credit score and I do not have a “job” would I be able to have my parents come on sign the loan. How would I be able to work around this to make me able to purchase my first property! Any advice would be nice thanks😁
