Basically I’m look for those houses. Do they tend to sit on the market? I’m tracking about 40 now in the greater orlando/tampa areas and looking for something to live in. They are just out of my reach in the low 100’s
It seems to me that they would have less maintenance being so small, however are harder to sell because no family wants a 2 BR 1 Bath 700 sq foot home. Also does a house at a 100k even qualify for a mortgage?
Also whats the market on a 1BR is it possible to get a good deal on them? Or better to go with a condo
