We live in a 4 unit self-managed condo in NJ. The owner of the top floor unit is going to add an additional room by adding another floor (he has roof rights so will be adding it to what was the roof). Since his unit will now be larger that raised the question of adjusting his contribution to maintenance, assessments, etc.
I figured how to handle this is established so was hoping someone could point be to some documentation (Google search didn’t return anything useful because the the generic nature of the keywords).
