Hello! I am in the process of purchasing a house. Everything is set for final day of closing for signing papers in two weeks. Due to a situation at work I will be making less than what I was anticipating going into the home purchase and am not confident about making mortgage. I don’t care if I get the Earnest money back, is there a way to exit the deal without receiving repercussions? Any advice is welcome.
