I closed on a home last month and realized Boston National collected EMD and full purchase price instead of removing the $5K EMD amount from the amount owed to close. They are saying they sent it all to the seller and they have to recover it before I will get it back.
What else can I do? Turn a claim into their E&O insurance? How do I get ahold of their carrier info?
