We just listed our beach house on the Jersey Shore two days ago. We’ve received almost 800 views on Zillow, but less than 10 saves. Does that mean anything ultimately for the sale? The house is lovely, well-maintained and well located. And there’s hardly any inventory in my area, fwiw.
