If a seller & agent signed Form 1A Exclusive Sale & Listing Agreement and then a week later asked to remove the listing from the MLS (seller & agent in agreement signing Form 19 with Cancelled checked and dates) are the terms of Form 1A null and void or is it still binding?
This is in Washington state.
