I am looking at a piece of land which will come with a RV on it. There is no other dwelling on the property except this RV. There is electric on the property and a driveway roughed in, but there is no well or septic.
I know through taxes its possible to claim a RV as a primary residence, but I do not know if the bank giving the loan will look at it the same way. Does anyone have experience with this? To the bank, would this property be considered raw land or as having a dwelling on it?
