do you prefer to sell your condo occupied or unoccupied with a tenant?

as title says – if you’re a realtor / landlord, do you prefer to have a tenanted or a vacant unit if you’re trying to sell at the best price?

personally, I would think a vacant unit is better since

you can show the unit whenever without tenant’s permission you will get interest from not only real estate investors but also from people looking to move in and live in the unit
