Title says it all. I’m 21 and have enough for a downpayment on a first investment propriety. Everybody that I talk to says a recession is coming and the housing market can’t keep going the way it is and I should wait. Wanted to get others opinion’s as well.
For context I live in Tampa, FL but would consider buying something in Las Vegas as well.
