First time poster here…haven’t been in “real estate” for over 12 years…I’m a homeowner in Charleston and recently put my house on the market – https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/235-Delahow-St-Daniel-Island-SC-29492/92568067_zpid/. I think the pics the realtor is using suck (from a pro photographer who specializes in real estate). The only way to show this is to share an external link, which may get blocked…IDK. Anyway, rip this shit up…what’s wrong here? Why does everyone who comes through say “this place needs a lot of work?” I’m wondering if aesthetics are at play or if there’s something else? The location is great, the house is the lowest price in the area. It’s a great house, in a great location. All feedback so far is “the price is right, the location is perfect” yet no offers and the theme is “needs work.” Do home buyers now just really want “Stepford White” interior without any character?
