Long story short, my realtor got a flat tire and I had to be at my house for the first 15 minutes of our open house.
A lady came and I welcomed here and asked if she was looking for a home soon. She said she was a realtor and might be looking for a house for herself. She ended up quickly pacing through my house and then got in her car and was on the phone for 30 minutes.
My wits tell me she is putting a house up on the market soon and is collecting Intel on other homes. It kind of felt odd because as I tried chatting with her, she was brushing me off and rushing conversations.
I’m not a realtor so just learning about this process.
