Im about to sign on a condo in New York but I’m having second thoughts. I love the building it’s in. I love the facilities and the location. But I can’t say I love the actual apartment and that bothers me. Shouldn’t you love the apartment you’re planning on buying? What are your experiences? And if you didn’t love it when you bought it did you come to regret it or did it end up actually being a great decision? I’m running out of time and worried about being priced out but don’t want to jump into a bad decision.
