Deeds – do they all have to list exceptions?

I know a warranty deed specifically lists all the exceptions for easements, etc. But do all deeds need these specific pieces of info? Can some deeds just give a generic exception clause. The exception list on our HOA condo is about 3 pages long. I am just curious if that complete list has to be on all types of deeds, like for instance a quit claim deed? We may do a quitclaim deed between relatives and wondering if that exact language must be included. I am in Washington County, Oregon. Thanks!
