Interested in hearing what everyone’s best guesses are for interest rates in December 22-January 23.
I just put a deposit down on a new-build and was quoted 6% on a 255 day rate lock. Trying to determine if that’s worth it, or if it’s close enough to what rates will be towards EOY that we’d be better off waiting and just buying points and locking in closer to close.
