I’ve been reading posts that asking anything at or under listing price could likely “offend” the sellers. Who gives a shit? It’s worth what I’m willing to pay if that’s 10 percent under what you think it works deny the offer and move on? Why can’t buyers be “offended” and it means the seller should lower the price that sits at a $100k mark up in 3 weeks of buying with $0 of work done to home? Oh it’s because the seller wouldn’t care if you’re “offended” no one cares about that.
