Question guys. I came across single family home I and was wondering what happened. It’s in Oakland California and according to zillow It was listed for sale at 1mil on 10/22 It was pending sale at 1 mil on 11/4 then sold at 1.75 mil on 11/30
And the zillow value estimate is 1.24 mil. Can someone explain if that is good deal? Why would the price jump this high? Could zillow have gotten wrong numbers?
