I hired a guy to do my cabinets and install counter top. Getting the cabinets in took longer than I thought due to the supply issues. Once those came in (supposably, as I haven’t actually seen them yet!) he’s always giving the excuses. “Oh your building’s management is hard to get ahold of…” “oh their email was in my junk mail…” “oh I have so much going on right now….” blah blah blah!
It’s been MONTHS! I first started out patient because of the lumber shortages but now I’m just getting pissed off. He’s hard to get ahold of: doesn’t answer texts, voicemail box is full, “I’ll give you an update tomorrow” then never does.
I’m fed up.
What can I do to get his ass in gear? Should I have a lawyer or something give him a call/send letter?
I’m not sure how to go about this as I never had this happen before. Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
