First time home buyer. I’ve just recieved the condo documents, and it seems there would be a huge spend in 2024 and the reserve would be negative from then on. (page 9 on this file: file:///C:/Users/jeong/Downloads/Reserve%20Study.pdf ) Do I have to avoid buying this condo? What else do I have to look carefully in the condo documents? Thanks.
