Speculation, obviously. Apparently this gentleman rented multiple properties to local students. New lease is supposed to start Aug 1. I am hoping business as usual, but….
This is in Philadelphia.
Any thoughts on what is likely to happen? There’s no “business name”, and nothing comes up for the guy’s name plus landlord other than a linked in profile.
