Sellers are leasing back for a month, but we need their contact info and a set of keys to start showing to tenants.
Monday my realtor told me that he would get us the keys and their info and he never did. Tuesday I called and texted, no response. Wednesday he told me sorry he’s had a crazy week at his own house with a power outage and asked if we’d be comfortable getting get the keys ourselves. (As their new landlord it’s my understanding that I can’t show up without 24 hours notice, or them giving me the okay). I said yes but we need their contact info to setup a time to go get them.
So he said he’d talk to the sellers agent and have her send us the info, it’s now Friday and she never sent anything. So I called her and she texted back that she can’t talk right now, I texted back asking for the sellers info so we can setup a time to meet them and get keys, this was 5 hours ago. No response.
What do I do lol…? This seems ridiculous.
