I have a property that is subject toto first right of refusal that I am wanting to sell.
It states that all the living grandchildren of my grandmother will be given written notice of his intent to list the property for sale. The The living grandchildren will then have sixty (60) days in which to purchase the property from the Grantee (Me) at fair market value.
What kind of documentation would a title company want to prove that a party included in the restriction has no interest in the sale?
My other question pertains to those that have passed. What documentation would clear the cloud, and would a juvenile death (under 18) be treated differently?
There are or where 17 grandchildren before some deaths. Any other pointers?
