So the first agent was charismatic and offers a 2.5/2.5 commission price she has some experience with probate, the second agent not so charismatic but has great connections to repair guys and contractors and can take care of everything we want to get fixed, asking 3./3. commission and has tons of experience with probate. The third guy also wants 3/3 commission but says that he would ask the buyer to pay for both commissions? I didnʻt know that was a thing? He also said he had drones and 3D but I think with a 750K appraised property in an insanely hot market we donʻt need drones? Or maybe we do need drones to appeal to high end investors. I have no idea.
What values should I be looking at here? Theyʻre all really nice people and I have faith in all of them.
