My focus is to get my clients a fair shake in the lease negotiation process. When tenants approach a landlord's broker they are immediately put at a disadvantage. This is because landlord's brokers have a legal obligation to get them the best and highest deals they can.
Our goal is two-fold: get our clients the best lease deal that is possible and to let our clients remain focused on their business while we do the site searching and research for them. This is done with a thorough market search, market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations. We want to make the process as uncomplicated and simple as possible so that our clients can stay focused on their business.
