I am hoping one of you is able to help me out.
Capital One used to service mortgages, but no longer do. However, they are still able to issue certificates of satisfaction/lien releases if you submit a mail-in request to a P.O. Box address.
I had them release a lien from a decade ago last year, but I can’t seem to locate the address of the PO Box where to send the request to.
Does anyone have the address by chance? Googling is not pulling anything up and it’s impossible for me to get to a customer service representative without a valid loan number. I’m trying to get a mortgage released that was paid off with Chevy Chase Bank FSB way back 13 years ago.
Property is located in Maryland, for the robot.. but that doesn’t matter.
Thanks in advance!
