Capital Gains Tax til 12/23

Bought a house in Texas and want out. Obviously no one can predict the future, but I’m very concerned that people are going to start flocking from Texas and won’t be able to sell my house in 2023. It’s one thing to see people saying they’re leaving on Reddit constantly and another about the general population. Do you think Texas will still continue to grow or should I just cut my losses and get out of here?
