I’m In the process of selling and I’m in a situation where we close next month on 7/27 however we cannot pay the final mortgage payment for next month. It’s not a matter of not wanting to, I literally can’t. Will this affect my ability to sell or will I be able to sell and still settle it properly once I have the money?
I’m in the State of Utah and I’m coming off of a trial repayment plan with July as the final month.
